Patricia Fors Memorial Scholarship

Presented to a student in the 2nd year of the Bachelor of Nursing program who has shown a positive attitude toward learning, a keen sense of humor, a strong focus on the patient and family, and a commitment to caring and seeing with the heart, while in the clinical placement on a rehabilitation unit.

The selected recipients must also meet the following criteria:

• Must be in financial need
• Must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident or a Protected Person
• Must reside in Ontario
