Peter and Kathie Viner Family Scholarship for Communications Excellence

Presented to students in the Bachelor of Journalism degree program who have demonstrated strong academic achievement (a minimum 80 percent average), extra-curricular leadership in academic studies or the community.

The selected recipients will meet the following criteria:

• Must be in financial need
• Must be a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident or a Protected Person
• Must reside in Ontario
