NBCUniversal NextGen Diversity Scholarship

Presented to students studying film and/or media, who have excellent academic standing, and who self-identify as either female, Indigenous, or racialized person. Students must be in excellent academic standing (GPA minimum of 75%) and submit an example of their work, either a 250-word concept or screenplay or film short or photo stills along with their scholarship application. Preference will be given to students demonstrating financial need.

Students in the following programs are considered eligible:
• Film and Media Production (Honours degree)
• Film and TV Production (Advanced diploma)
• Post-Production (Ontario Graduate Certificate)
• Film and Multiplatform Storytelling (Ontario Graduate Certificate)
• TV Writing and Producing (Ontario Graduate Certificate)
