John Moon Scholarship

This scholarship is in honor of John Moon and his historic role with Freedom House Ambulance, a pioneering model in paramedicine that helped shape community-based emergency care and opened doors for greater representation in the profession.

To be presented to a domestic student entering the second year of the Paramedic diploma program who self-identifies as a member of an equity deserving group. The recipient will have demonstrated a commitment to volunteerism, academic merit, and community service, with a minimum GPA of 75%. In addition, the recipient will show a strong interest in working in the paramedic industry.
