The Humber Polytechnic’s Black/African Employee Resource Group (BAERG) is dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion through continuous learning. Promoting an environment where all Black/African employees feel empowered, supported, and valued.

Presented to a student in any program who self- identifies as an individual from the Black/African community. The selected recipient will be in financial need and show active engagement to the Black Futures Mentorship Program at Humber Polytechnic.
