Presented to a student enrolled in the Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician, Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, or Plumbing Techniques program that demonstrates financial need and a strong interest in a career in the skilled trades. Preference will be given to students with excellent academic standing.
