The Miles Philip Hammond Scholarship

This scholarship is in memory of Miles – a one-year-old boy from Muskoka who lost his battle to cancer in February of 2021. Deeply missed, Miles’s positive, good-natured spirit continues to inspire and live on in those around him. In honour of Miles, advertising agencies Broken Heart Love Affair and Lifelong Crush have established this scholarship that will help and enable promising students who have faced obstacles in their life to pursue their creative dreams.

Presented to a student in the Advertising Copywriting program who has demonstrated exceptional resiliency in overcoming personal or academic challenges. The recipient must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and must demonstrate financial need.
