The Canerector Foundation Skilled Trades Development Scholarship
Presented to students who are entering one of the Humber programs listed below. The recipients must be Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or Protected Persons. The recipients must also be in good academic standing in the program they are completing or have completed, and agree to participate in one mentorship activity or event at Humber per term. Possible events include Speaker Series events, job fairs or other events hosted by Humber’s placement office related to employment, soft skills development, or making the most of their program at Humber.

- Industrial Woodworking Technician Diploma

- Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician Diploma

- Electronics Engineering Technician Diploma

Preference will be given to applicants who are completing or have completed within the last year, one of the Humber programs listed below:
- Carpentry and Renovation Techniques
- Furniture and Cabinetmaking Techniques
- Millwright Techniques
- Electrical Techniques
This scholarship is renewable for up to four additional terms, for a total of five terms, contingent on the recipient maintaining good academic standing and participating in a mentorship activity or event.
