Monga Family Memorial Scholarship

Presented to a student in the final year of the Culinary Management program who has a passion for South Asian cuisine and has dreams to one day open their own restaurant. The selected recipient will have a good academic standing (75%+), and demonstrate leadership and/or commitment to community service in the South Asian community. Preference will be given to students in the fourth term of the program.

This scholarship is in memory of Kashmiri Lal and Nirmal Monga, who owned Sangam Restaurant and made great contributions to the South Asian community.
