Presented to students in Hospitality & Tourism (Graduate Certificate), Culinary Management (Diploma), Hospitality- Hotel and Restaurant Operations Management (Diploma) and Food & Nutrition Management (Diploma) programs in good academic standing. The selected recipients will demonstrate financial need and has shown professionalism, enthusiasm, strong interpersonal skills and commitment to the program.
